    This class is designed to guide healthy bodies into comfortable positions and calm restlessness in preparation for pranayama and meditation.

    A beautiful, authentic practice consisting of dynamic and static postures, with its roots in spirituality.

    But every child has an ah ha moment when they’re settled, relaxed and at ease.

    This is following guiding them in yoga asana, breathing, focus and relaxation techniques through play, stories and props.

    Notice their focus improve, their ability to use new skills to balance their emotions and their awareness expand!

    Available for school/Montessori visits or after school options.

  • A practice to restore the reproductive organs and pelvic muscles; Opens the body and relieves tension through movement and breath while re toning relaxed muscles.

    As new mams we’re cradling, feeding, closing the front of our bodies - we need to open but also tone muscles after giving birth. The postures and breathwork offered help to achieve this.

    We can experience highs and lows of emotions as we journey through the early days of mother hood - each child you have brings a unique experience and this practice helps to guide mams through their journey including take home practices to settle and balance.
